Product Returns

We like to make things simple, which is why we have developed a simple but effective system for managing product returns. Please review the following information prior to returning a product.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENTS / CREDITS

• Professional Solutions and Self Tanning Products - You have 30 Days from the date of purchase to return any item that has arrived damaged or you believe to be faulty. You will be issued with replacement product.
  
  
• Equipment / Electronics - You have 12 months from the date of purchase to make a warranty claim on a faulty piece of equipment

PRODUCT REFUNDS

• You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return any self-tanning foam for a full refund under our "love the colour guarantee"
