NOTE: During Sale Events and or Public Holidays please allow additional days for delivery, the below outlines the normally expected shipping times, as does not take into consideration sale events or holidays. New Zealand
It is our goal that all orders received before 11am on business days (Monday to Friday) will be shipped same day on your chosen courier service. All orders received after 11am will be shipped next business day. All orders received over the weekend or during a New Zealand public holiday will be shipped next business day. In Addition, all orders received on a Friday after 11am will be shipped on the next business day.

Australia
It is our goal that all orders received before 11am on business days (Monday to Friday) will be shipped same day via NZ POST. All orders received after 11am will be shipped next business day. All orders received over the weekend or during a New Zealand public holiday will be shipped next business day. In Addition, all orders received on a Friday after 11am will be shipped on the next business day.

North America & Rest of The World
It is our goal that all orders received before 11am on business days (Monday to Friday) will be shipped same day via NZ POST. All orders received after 11am will be shipped next business day.
